In this context, Department of Information Technologies, in line with TS ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System Standard;
To provide secure access to information assets of personnel, students and 3rd parties,
To protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information,
Evaluating and managing the risks that may occur on information assets,
To protect the reliability and reputation of the institution,
To implement the information security policy, to control it and to apply the necessary sanctions in case of violation,
To meet the information security requirements arising from corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders, from meeting the obligations arising from the legislation and national/international agreements,
To reduce the impact of information security threats on business/service continuity, to ensure business continuity and sustainability,
To maintain and improve the information security level with the control infrastructure of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Team,
It undertakes to provide trainings that will develop competencies in order to increase information security awareness.
In case of non-compliance with ISMS policies and procedures, the sanctions determined in the legislation and contracts applicable to the personnel, student or 3rd party responsible for this violation are applied.
